MSIHOA serves the homeowner community on an administrative level through its management services and on an individual level for the homeowners whose associations partner with the company. The company provides a wealth of information for homeowners, including an online resource center where residents can find association news, announcements, financial information, documents, a member directory, and a FAQ section to answer any questions they may have about MSIHOA. The corporation also provides educational seminars for new board members at its offices along the Colorado Front Range. The MSIHOA website, www.MSIHOA.com posts links to many educational articles for board members, broken down into five categories: general, conservation, governance, maintenance, and volunteering.
